Scranton is the sixth-largest city in the commonwealth of pennsylvania. It is the county seat and largest city of lackawanna county in northeastern pennsylvanias first streetcars powered exclusively by electricity began operating in the city. Rev. Hispanic or latino of any race make up 9.90% of the population.
