Cleveland ( kleev-lnd ) is a major city in the u.s. State of ohio, and the county seat of cuyahoga county. The city proper has a population of 383,793, making it the 52nd-largest city in the united states and the second-largest city in ohio. The racial makeup of the city was 53.3% african american, 37.3% white, 0.3% native american, 1.8% asian, 4.4% from other races, and 2.8% from two or more races. Hispanic or latino of any race were 10.0% of the population.
